The Event
We were asked to provide an innovative solution for British designer Edeline Lee’s first showing at London Fashion Week. She was showcasing the launch of her Spring/Summer 2015 collection.
The Challenge
To create a structure that complimented Edeline’s work focusing on clean straight lines and a lighting solution that supported photography. The marquee was also needed to house purpose built bespoke props created for the event. The venue was the Eastern Terrace of Somerset House. Access and timings of the build were also challenging with a Sunday morning build on the day of the event.
The Solution
A 9x18m (30x60ft) structure, unlined with exposed aluminium frame, daylight fluorescent lighting and a private changing area with heating for the models.
