Our brilliant team have been working very hard recently to reach an amazing milestone and we’re thrilled to announce that we’re now a Certified B Corporation®!
What is a B Corporation®?
A B Corp business is one that meets high standards of social and environmental impact, and we’ve joined a community that currently spans 13 Global Partners & Market Builder regions, 89 countries, 161 industries, 400,000+ workers and over 6,600 B Corps.
Britain also has one of the largest and fastest-growing groups of sustainable businesses in the world, with 1,500 certified B Corps in the UK so far. This includes companies such as Body Shop, Innocent Drinks, JoJo Maman Bébé, FatFace and many more. Together, we’re transforming the global economy and making business a force for good.
How do you become a B Corp business?
To qualify, a business has to undergo very rigorous assessment to ensure it meets B Lab’s high standards on governance, workers, community, environment and customers. And it doesn’t end there. Once you’re certified, companies also commit to continuous improvement. We will need to undertake the assessment and verification process every three years to show a lasting commitment to the B Corp community and ideals.

There were specific challenges with measuring some of our environmental outputs but we’ve now overcome the lion’s share of these and are on a good path to reducing our consumption. Plus, certifying is only the start. We’re on a mission to continue working on our environmental impact. So, we’ve set further targets for other improvements that we’ll make going forward.”
